History

1380ES - Tahadama

In 1380ES Mina suffered a fracture in it's lands which caused a portion of the city to fall into the Underdark. Due to the damage being to so extensive to repair as to cause a change in the terrain, the city opted to build a wall it off. The collapsed area itself became known as Tahadama to the locals, or the Scar to those unfamiliar with the city. The cause was never fully ascertained, but speculation from eyewitnesses at the time believe that a wizard may have been responsible for fracturing the ground. Other speculation is that a powerful dragon may have been responsible for the collapse.

No one ever identified themselves as responsible, and efforts were instead placed in rebuilding as much of the city that was lost as possible so the real cause may never be found.
